RTS is an internal application, so it can only be used and is specifically for registered nurses, registration access for using the application is not provided.
This application is used to record and assess the patients level of trauma and what actions or recommendations are taken to treat the patient, then after the actions or recommendations are carried out a re-assessment of the patients trauma level is carried out.
